let's all acknowledge that no actual african americans or interacial people watch this okay? this is totally prepared for the (well-educated) white.

here we go. lack of proper education and parenting make our protagonist follows what others do (to which i often frown upon), she does not possess sense of humor (taking things literally and get angry easily), morality (stealing), diginity( running away from her half brother and sister but call them anywary?).you get stuck in the movie but from time to time something pop out and drag you out of it.. it' the director and also writer's sheer fantasy - to have a fellow that can follow her all the way when he's no car or whatsoever(it seems like they want to create a feeling that her being grateful to him). Also, this gang does not just sell magazines or cheat people into buying them. they do despicable things okay? (does it matter when it's a film?) the music's awesome just like she said. the camera's bit shaky and i was a little dizzy but that's alright - try to be shaky to make it seem like human eye, but pepole's eyes does not make them fainty. This film somehow captures the anixety teenager feel (probably is the aforementioned "msitakes" ) - you have no idea what she will do and that is what youth does.
