The film is interspersed with 4 stories: a
lonely boy who loves music met a girl online, but two male classmates pretended and even spread his nude photos on campus, which eventually led to the suicide of the music boy. This also involves "school bullying". ".
When the music man had an accident, the busy lawyer father began to get to know his son and found that he cared too little for his family. This should be the theme of the movie "communication". The line I remember most is that when the musical guy was in a coma in the hospital, his sister, who was often disdainful of being with him, said to him, "Please don't leave me alone with them." Them was referring to their parents.
One of the boys from a single-parent family who "bullied" the music boy, his father is a private detective, was very angry when he found out that his son was related to the music boy's suicide, but in the end he secretly deleted the relevant information to protect his son. The musical male dad finds the single-parent boy's dad and has a fight.
The female reporter deliberately approached Kyle, a male model of an underage porn network, in order to get exclusive information, and finally persuaded the male model Kyle to tell their story behind the scenes. When the program received a great response, the FBI came to the door and asked the female reporter to give Kyle's address, and was suspended indefinitely until she could provide the information they needed. The female reporter wanted to keep her job and didn't want to betray Kyle's trust. Between her future and her conscience, she finally chose the former. Kyle's porn group got wind of it and evacuated ahead of schedule. The female reporter was rebuked by her conscience and rushed to find Kyle overnight, but she couldn't make any promises to him, and in the end Kyle didn't leave with her. The story also touches on the social topic of "assisted dating of minors".
A couple didn't pay attention to whether it was because of their children, which made both parties seem to be living their separate lives. The wife found someone on the Internet to tell her thoughts, and the husband was addicted to games. When the husband was preparing the tuition fee, he found that the credit card could not be paid, and the wife also found that the bank balance was gone. After calling the police, but there was no progress, I called a private detective and found that it may have been a Trojan horse being planted by clicking on someone else’s link online, or that personal information was stolen from a game website, resulting in the loss of money, and finally the house was repossessed. The couple was desperate and decided to catch the murderer by themselves based on the information provided by the detective. During this process, the two gradually regained their original feeling. The husband also extracted the chat records of his wife and strangers from the private detective, and discovered his negligence towards his wife (I couldn't think of what words to use, but it wasn't this, anyway. Thinking of changing it back). People always have to go through some hardships, the so-called turning points in life, only then will the feelings sublimate, and only then will they know how to cherish. There is a mention of "cyber security" here.
Communication, school bullying, online safety, and minors are topics in any era, even today in 2016. On the whole, the movie is a bit dull and the shooting method is relatively simple, but you can still watch it with patience. The last few minutes are quite nervous, but it is not "thriller". This classification is a bit exaggerated. I prefer the poster with the close-up of several protagonists, this one feels a bit scary.
I originally wanted to make a record, but I wrote it for so long without realizing it.
