Some of the film's shortcomings

I am deeply impressed by two places:

First, what Beth's mother told her on the phone: yes, feeling love is very important, but... loving... that's the necessity. The atmosphere created by this line seems to be a mother Said a very meaningful and memorable sentence to Beth, which made people immediately realize that he had to add this sentence to his movie classic lines package, but it didn't actually mean much, just told his daughter, love first, don't It's not good to say.

The second is that Adam's reaction after finding out that Beth lied to him is not very reasonable. Indeed, the ups and downs of the plot are needed, and even if the two do not quarrel here, there will be splits elsewhere, which is completely conceivable. But the point used to achieve this, that is, Adam's Asperger's intolerance to deception, does not fit the logic chain into the plot gears very well. To be honest, when I first saw that Adam was showing signs of anger, I thought that Adam was suddenly enlightened because of a period of training, knowing that he would drag Beth down, so he deliberately created a split, but he still lost to the screenwriter.

In addition, the soundtrack of this movie is very well done, and the final ending is not two people together, which is the part of the plot to be appreciated, otherwise it will collapse in my heart. But there are still some unfortunate places, such as the shaping of Adam's character (but small details such as Adam's finger movements are very good), and the birth and development process of the love between the two are not as good as a similar movie, namely "" beautiful soul". The plot is not comparable, after all, the latter is a biographical film.

There are deficiencies, but it is attentive.

Beth Buchwald: Adam, his mother, and his father were a family of talking raccoons that lived in the middle of New York City. They didn't really belong there, but there they were.

  • Harlan: Liars is all you gonna run across in this world. A man's gotta learn the difference between just plain liars and liars worth lovin'.
