The film Nominated for the Palme d'Or at this year's Cannes Film Festival - "She", with the halo of the master's return, has been praised by many people as a feminist film and a female liberation film. These days, it seems that any artwork described from a female perspective can be associated with feminism, regardless of the logic and ideological connotations of it. Perhaps now in the eyes of society, feminism is slowly drawing into the middle ground. It is not denied that the female image created by this film is rarely seen in previous films. It is a fairly full female image, not a symbol or a symbol, but a living and independent personality. The film places the heroine in a very delicate environment by describing events such as robbers entering the house and sexually assaulting the heroine, company employees humiliating the heroine, the heroine's incompetent son, and the heroine's father slaughtering citizens during her childhood. In a very unsafe, tense, and headache environment, the heroine lives in it with a little enjoyment. The whole film is to see how the independent heroine deals with the various things that hit her around her and the chaotic interpersonal relationships. All the incidents here can be arbitrarily selected and put into other movie heroines, which can be interpreted as either sad or inspirational. The story, and these events piled up on the heroine without seeing the breakdown, hysteria, and overwhelm, instead, she handled it with ease, which is why those critics claim that the film is a true victory for women.

However, when reviewing the film, some details emerge. She repeatedly suffered sexual assault and did not report to the police because her childhood life had been messed up by the police and reporters, and she had strong resistance and distrust of them, so she chose to handle it herself. She has sex with her best friend's husband, flirts with a neighbor's man, all based on her personal needs, which she likes, and which is shameful to her best friend.

The purpose of these examples is to illustrate that the character of a person who is regarded by others as a free, independent and true feminist may be shaped by the trauma of his father's massacre of citizens in his childhood. Do you understand, it's like you have experienced big winds and waves, and those small waves are nothing in your eyes. After experiencing these traumas that people can endure, she herself has become a rarer woman who can live a normal life, Only then can we face some troubles and threats with an extremely calm and rational attitude, only then can we be in the mood to joke and live as usual, and only then can we win those so-called titles.

That is to say, she is a minority, a rare example, both in film and in reality. According to the construction of the film, the reverse is: most women today will not have such trauma in their early years, and even if they do, they may not have the ability to achieve psychological recovery, and they will not have an independent education and living environment for women to give them. Instill relevant concepts, so it is rare to become a woman as independent as the heroine. However, is it a bit sad to rashly set it as a benchmark for women's independence now?

Not denying women with such characters, but thinking about the reasons why they have such characters. Is there a softer, safer, more ordinary way to raise a woman to be such an independent, rational, and fun woman, rather than relying on early childhood trauma. Maybe it will take a long time. To change the environment and concepts, it will take a long time and revolution to constantly wash and shape, and then there will be a more gentle, safe and ordinary way.
