The details in "Miss" that touched me

I don't know how many times I watched the movie "Miss", and every time I watched it, I found individual details in it, and these details made me feel that this movie is more and more good.
These details can also be used in novel writing. Now I will record these details one by one. It is my tribute to this movie!
I only record what I found here, not what I learned from watching movie reviews.

1. Adan's cry: At the
beginning of the film, Nan Shuxi took a package to say goodbye to her family and went to a Japanese home.
When Shuxi left, Adan cried and said, "I should have gone!"
This is the first time I saw this, plus the scene where the Japanese soldiers scolded children at the beginning, I felt that it was a bad thing to go to a Japanese house The thing is, Shuxi suffers for Adan.
---------
However, when the movie switched to Shuxi's self-narrative point of view, it was discovered that Shuxi was not going to suffer, but to make money.
The reason why Adan cried was also because he lost an opportunity to make money.
--------
It's a small reversal!

2, hairpin:
a total of four times.
The first time, before Shuxi left home, her aunt took it off her head and gave it to Shuxi.
[It feels like it should be something like Shuxi's mother's relic]
The second time it appeared was when Shuxi took a car to the Japanese manor.
The first time I watched the movie, I didn't realize the intention of the close-up of the hairpin until the second time I watched it.
The third time it appeared was in Shuxi's self-reporting, at this time it was given the role of a hairpin. The false count used the hairpin to unlock the lock, paving the way for Shuxi to use the hairpin to unlock the shackles in the madhouse.
The fourth time, Shuxi opened the shackles with a hairpin.
---------
So far, the hairpin has completed its mission.
---------
I learned from the hairpin that any close-up shot has a purpose. The same is true for subsequent ropes.

3. Shuxi's journey to the Japanese manor:
When Shuxi set off from home, it was during the day.
However, when he reached the first gate of the manor, it was already night.
Shuxi thought she could get off the bus, but the driver said that there was still a while, so Shuxi could take a rest. What came into view at this time was a road with no end in sight.
---------
This shows that the remoteness of the manor implies how difficult it is for Xiuzi to escape from here.

4. The rope:
The first time it appeared, Shuxi was looking for things in the lady's room and found this rope by accident.
In the second appearance, Shuxi and Xiuzi pass under the cherry blossom tree as they escape from the villa, close-up.
It is already implied that something happened that night, otherwise why would the rope that was in the box hang from the tree?
The third time, the second, when Hideko hanged herself.
-----------
At this point, the rope has also completed its mission.
Sook-hee knows the existence of Rope, so when she finds out that Rope and Xiuzi are not there, she thinks that Xiuzi is going to commit suicide.
-------------
I would also like to mention one point here, the matching settings.
Hideko's aunt hangs from the cherry tree.
When Shuxi saw Xiuzi for the first time, Xiuzi told her that her aunt had been hanged from a cherry tree.
That's why Shuxi thinks of hanging herself.

5. Before the sex scene: In
the first part, there was a power outage scene in the story. At this time, Shuxi was jealous because she found out that Xiuzi and the Earl were making out during the day.
In the second part, when Hideko was reciting the story of "Miss and Jin Ran", there was also a power outage.
And when the two movies were powered off, the servants said the same thing, which can be speculated to be different perspectives at the same time.
----------
Hideko is reciting the scene of a young lady making out with a maid. After the power outage, you can find that Hideko closed her eyes, fantasizing about something, while reciting.
When the light returned to normal, she was even a little panicked, she should have been immersed in some kind of emotion before.
----------
Immediately afterwards, Xiuzi returned to the room and called Shuxi.
In the end, the most beautiful scene happened.
I think Hideko was influenced by the content of the book she read that night, and guided Sook-hee step by step to do that.
------------
In addition, when Xiuzi read aloud and closed her eyes, she gave a shot of Xiuzi's "cat's eye" closed, indicating that Xiuzi sometimes peeks at Shuxi from time to time.
In the second Hideko's self-report, she also said that she would peek at Shuxi and found that she was sulking.

6. Hideko and the Earl get married:
(1) Reciting the oath:
When the temple host was reciting the oath, before Xiuzi repeated the oath, he turned his head and glanced at Shuxi behind him.
Perhaps the person she was thinking of at that time was Shuxi.

(2) Ring exchange:
When Xiuzi helped the Earl put on the wedding ring, the camera gave a close-up.
Hideko was single-handed and quickly put the ring on the Earl's hand.
Shows a sense of impatience.

7. Kissing in the Temple: In
the first part, Shuxi came to Xiuzi's residence in the morning and kissed Xiuzi in the house while the fake count was wearing shoes.
Judging from Xiuzi's unstoppable performance, she likes Shuxi.
This also foreshadows the reversal of the second part.

8. The smile of Xiuzi in front of the lunatic asylum: In
the first part, I thought Xiuzi was mocking Shuxi.
In the second part, it was discovered that Xiuzi was amused by Shuxi's serious acting skills.

9. "I shouldn't have come into this world."
In the first part, Hideko confided to Shuxi. The reason for saying this is because his own birth killed his mother.
In the second part, Xiuzi hugged the rope and ran to the cherry blossom tree crying, ready to commit suicide, her own monologue. This time, it was because of Shuxi's betrayal that she felt that there was nothing in this world worthy of her nostalgia.
---------
In addition, personal opinion:
I felt that when I said the first part, I deliberately played it for Shuxi. In the second part, it was a cry from the heart.

10. Splashing Ink:
In the second part, Shuxi learned that Xiuzi had been reading pornographic books for the gentlemen all the time. She was so angry that she frantically tore up the books in the library.
At first, Xiuzi stopped Shuxi from tearing up the octopus tentacles.
Then, Xiuzi watched Shuxi rummaging all the way.
Finally, after Shuxi pushed all the books into the sink, Shuxi picked up the paint on the table, took a deep breath, and threw the paint into the sink tremblingly.
This last time, symbolizing Hideko's resistance, finally implemented the resistance with her own hands.

11. Escape: In
the second part, the two escaped from the manor.
At first, Xiuzi stood in front of the fence, not knowing what to do, and looked back at the manor, a little hesitant.
Immediately afterwards, Shuxi ran back, cushioned it with a box, and helped Xiuzi to climb the fence, giving Shuxi courage.
Finally, the picture turned and came to the vast grassland.
---------
In the scene where Shuxi is supporting Xiuzi, I feel like she is personally supporting her most beloved Queen to the throne, to open up a new world and start a new life.

12. Shoes:
Xiuzi gave Shuxi a pair of leather shoes.
A total of three close-ups.
The first time, when giving away shoes.
The second time, on a rainy day, Shuxi went to the library to find Xiuzi, and wiped her shoes with her apron, expressing that Shuxi cherishes these shoes.
The third time, on the cruise ship, Xiuzi helped Shuxi tie her shoelaces.

It should be said that the status of the two is no longer the relationship between the lady and the maid, but becomes a lover and is equal.
And it can also reflect Hideko's love for Shuxi.

13. The picture that was not torn off:
Shuxi was tearing up the book in the library. There was a picture that was not torn off. It was a picture of a girl and a girl, and it was also the picture that Xiuzi read aloud that night.
------
Before and after, to a certain extent, it can be considered that the two have a good heart!
