red roses and white roses, Reivew on Café Society

Just watched Woody Allen's "Coffee Commune". Each of several characters has experienced red roses and white roses in their lives. The score of this film is not high, and it is not like the old man's usual ridicule or turning point. Everything happens naturally, and everyone's choice reflects the lack of their lives. The big boss in Hollywood's mid-life crisis chose a young and simple secretary. The secretary gave up the simple and kind guy, and the guy married a divorced young woman with a variety of styles. When all the dust settles, what you can't get is still rioting and being favored. And there is no fear. The secretary became a lady but misses the youthful love in those days, and the young man has married but can't get out of his first love. Everyone looked back at the fork with no choice that was drifting away, and felt that maybe the scenery there was better. In fact, this may not be the case. If you choose love when you are young and have nothing, most of your life will be mediocre. If love does not last long, you will complain for a long time. After becoming famous, if you choose to be a scumbag, most of them have been unwilling, always thinking about them and hating themselves for being powerless. We always consciously choose the most missing pieces to fill our fears. Young people need resources, old age needs passion. Reminds me of a girl who said she'd rather cry on a BMW than laugh on a bike. In fact, people who have BMW cars still need to laugh in the end.
