Looking ahead, it's all bad reviews. As it turns out, memories always leave only the good part. Five stars give years and time. Laomouzi is good at dealing with the details of the picture or a certain segment of the plot, and the atmospheric texture of the picture has become a classic segment. Like Ang Lee. The episode of the bath water; the fight in the bamboo forest; and the always half-bared shoulders, the slipping clothes of the international chapter; the dance scene at one point. From deserts and ancient Huizhou villages to birch forests and sea of flowers, it's like reading a global geography magazine. It's not bad, but it always feels weird. Maybe the logical thinking is a little off, Gu Xiao can't care about the big, the plot is far-fetched and funny, and the lines can't stand up to scrutiny and form. Generally speaking, Laomouzi's films are like a kind of person: emotional, visual and auditory animals, beautiful in heart but poor in verbal expression. This movie, with a little "feel", is not so bad.
