Michelin is afternoon tea

Michelin Love is what I wanted to see a long time ago, because I am a senior foodie and like to watch literary films. The film was served as an after-dinner refreshment while sitting in the study room on a quiet afternoon. For me, it's a bit of a combination of drama and literary film. At the beginning of the film, there is a strong Indian style. The actor Hassan has his own unique feeling and opinion about food in the dark when he was young. His mother was very supportive of him in his journey of cooking and always praised him as the best chef he was born with. In fact, what I appreciate very much is that in this film, the male protagonist has never shaken his determination to gourmet food, nor has he ever flinched.
The father of the male protagonist in the film, I like him very much, he is fat, but whether it is for food, his own nation or his own son, he maintains unswerving trust and persistence. The heroine in the play has the elegance of the French, wearing a floral dress and riding a bicycle swaying in the vegetable market and on the path, so beautiful. Every time I see the heroine, I have a fresh feeling. The picture of her serious study of food brings out a picture of beautiful clothes in my heart, which cannot be dissipated for a long time.
At the beginning, I couldn't understand how outstanding the male protagonist Hassan is because of his talent in cooking. Even when I saw the five major sauces and truffle pigeon, I still didn't understand. Knowing that I saw the man's own original omelette with Indian special spices, I was surprised. His omelette has already subverted the concept of simply passing it in a frying pan in my mind, the heat, the various ingredients, the timing and the production steps. After he added his own unique understanding of cooking and continued experimentation, this should be called gourmet! The beauty of food lies in infiltrating one's own understanding into the production of ingredients, and presenting one's own works after careful crafting.
The film is like a long mv, with warmth, worry, ups and downs, twists and turns, and finally happiness. In the current market of commercial films, this afternoon tea-like film is needed to purify the last warm land of the soul.

  • Papa: You want Hassan because you want another star for yourself, yes ?

Madame Mallory: Oh, yes. Yes, I will not lie. But I will also offer him a stepping stone to the world. He deserves it. He has a gift.

    Papa: You are very stubborn.

    [rooster crowing]

    Papa: Oh, it's morning already.

    [exhales]

Papa: A new dawn. So... How much will you pay him per week ?

    Madame Mallory: 200 euro.

Papa: [chuckling] Now you are proving you are insane.

    Madame Mallory: 250, plus food.

Papa: If you sit in cold all night, he's worth 600.

Madame Mallory: [scoffs] In your dreams.

    Papa: 450, or I walk.

Madame Mallory: 320, but 350 after three month. Do we have a deal ?

    Papa: No.

Hassan: Yes. We have a deal.

    Papa: [speaking Hindi]

    Hassan: Okay, relax, Papa.

Papa: What do you mean, "relax" ? Spoiled the whole game.

Madame Mallory: Papa, we have a deal.

    Papa: Madame...

  • Papa: Madame, asking for discount doesn't mean I'm poor, it means I'm thrifty.
