Not as good as the first two, and some fall into the clichés, but in terms of the trilogy, it is considered passable.
The first two explorations of human nature and worldview are very exciting, but based on the limited self-awareness, this one did not reach a climax, and finally became a romance and action film, which is a common problem in most Hollywood films, "The Matrix" counts. The peak, but finally a big montage, the author's own world view is not complete. The process is still thought-provoking, yes.
