Watched it two weeks ago, and it has the same place in my heart as "Schindler's List." I cried at the red dress at the end of the first episode. After watching the three episodes, I still feel very emotional. The people who were most likely to die at the beginning (Jews in Germany, brave officers, and fanatical field nurses) all survived, while the two most unlikely to die (going to the front line but greedy The little soldiers who were afraid of death, the Germans who did not go to the front) died. The role of the younger brother can be said to be the soul of the whole play. The cute and juvenile voice makes people lovable, the acting is exquisite (from the details to the changes in the eyes), the conflict and helplessness between the personality distorted by the war and the essence of goodness are swept away. Impressive performance. The final death of the younger brother is a redemption and liberation, and the life of the elder brother brings out the nobility of the younger brother's spirit.
