I basically don't understand the "Islam" beliefs of the Arabs, and I don't know anything about the history and mythology of Northern Europe.
I just want to watch a "magic movie" that can make people excited, but unfortunately, the director did not fulfill this little wish of mine. Almost the whole movie was shrouded in fog and black shadows. I can hardly see what the characters in the film are doing (laughs), let alone watching the most important thing for a "magic movie", the so-called "special effects". This makes me have to wonder if the director was unable to make ends meet when he was shooting this film, so I had to use this trick to get things done.
Finally, I can’t help but say one more thing. Actually, I’m not a big layman (laughs). In fact, I really want to learn more about the history of Islam and the history and mythology of Northern Europe, but the director did not respond well to these in this movie. In terms of performance, (except for "movie special effects", these elements should have been the other two big selling points of this movie).
"If you don't have diamonds, don't do porcelain work." It's a pity that the director of this movie didn't know this Chinese proverb.
