This is a very boring movie, because the director has to say too much and is too straightforward, and the exposure of human nature is not deep enough. At this point, I still prefer Cassandra, which simply tells more stories. Dreams, where the human struggle is stronger.
As far as this movie goes, I can see Woody Allen's focus on the subject. The morality and love stories of the upper and middle classes, as well as the Jewish and religious values he relishes and the social atmosphere of American glitz and pleasure.
