Chasing dreams

In other words, when I first saw the words and actions of Taylor's two brothers, I couldn't like it. The personality of American children is really different from that of our Chinese children. American kids don't seem to be afraid of making trouble. They can steal cars or destroy other people's property recklessly, and I'm not afraid of the consequences. And we Chinese children are accustomed to thinking about the consequences of doing things.
The United States seems to really have obvious class differences and gaps between the rich and the poor, which can be seen from the characters' accommodation and transportation. However, this movie tells us that it is everyone's right to chase dreams, and that those rights that seem to be possessed only by the upper class are actually what they have worked hard for.
Don't say no easily, don't give up halfway. Find your own direction and do your best to fight for it!

Can give 4 stars to watch in theaters. Musical films have to be watched on the big screen.

Tyler Gage: It's part of my community service.

  • Skinny Carter: Yo let me do it this time.

    [talking about stealing a car]

Mac Carter: Skin, you the look out.

Skinny Carter: But why can't I do it this time?

Tyler Gage: Can you do it?

    Skinny Carter: Yeah.

Tyler Gage: Let him do it then.

Mac Carter: You know what? Here you go tough guy.

[hands him a crow bar to break into the car with]

Mac Carter: See that one right there. Go get it.

Tyler Gage: That car's got an alarm on it.

    Mac Carter: I know.

Tyler Gage: [the car alarm goes off and the boys run away] Dude, I told you that alarm was gonna go off.

Skinny Carter: Wait a minute. Y'all set me up?

Tyler Gage: You should have saw your face.
