Not that it's a good movie. It's hard to get away from the fact that most of these magical stories have no basis in fiction (though I don't read many of them), relying on screenwriters to write rough and unreliable scripts. The same is true for "God Hunter". The movie hurriedly explained the ins and outs of everything. After watching it without thinking, it seemed that it could justify itself, but it was not exciting at all, not to mention that many details could not stand scrutiny. If there is a sequel, I hope the screenwriter can Work hard instead of being so perfunctory. The portrayal of the characters is also very thin, even with four protagonists; and the placement of several supporting characters responsible for promoting the plot and selling jokes is deliberately annoying.
But the movie's selling point is the magic-themed visual effects and all-star cast, and it's a success in that regard. The special effects are used to the point, the four leading actors are very attractive, and their temperament and roles are very suitable: the powerful Theron plays the queen of the biggest BOSS, and the soft-line Emily Blunt plays the easily inspired ice and snow from Andersen's fairy tale. Queen, the handsome Jessica who is addicted to playing, Brother Hammer... After all, Brother Hammer's laugh is never boring (although it's very entertaining). Then I kept watching the latter two kiss and kiss... The overall fight was pretty exciting.
Nothing else to look into. For example, the editing is very poor, and when I see several places, I suspect that it is the abridged version. To give it to Samsung is actually a very low requirement for such a movie. After all, not many are well-shots.
