suffocating love

The whole movie is very beautiful, I don't know why it was criticized, and the narrative doesn't feel too messy. Alas, the part of reading the letter is my favorite. Through those letters, I seem to have glimpsed into Mrs. Windsor. In her heart, those words made people can't help but understand her pain. The world knows everything the Duke has paid for her, but no one thinks from her point of view. That cage-like love suffocates her. That tearful scene, those blue eyes, is one of the best scenes in the movie in my opinion.
The clothes inside are exquisite and beautiful. The Lady of Windsor in history is an unremarkable one, but she can dress up and do things and attract the Duke of Windsor, making him willing to give up a country. Some are said to be on loan from museums.
And when it comes to the soundtrack inside, it's really amazing. That piano piece was really integrated with the feelings of the story. For two generations, the heroine felt that she was very similar to Mrs. Windsor, but in the end she walked out.
