Akira Kurosawa has always been at the master level in my heart, from the Seven Samurai to this step, the weight is roughly equal to that of Xie Jin of China and James Cameron of the United States. The 61-year-old movie, the black-and-white movie 55 years ago, still looks exciting and classic. The film still has a certain style of drama, and the characters are vivid, bold, lively, and exaggerated. The scenes fit perfectly, and the music is very Japanese. Ronin is wild and uninhibited, strong in martial arts, affectionate and righteous, resourceful, and has a strong control force. The characters such as farmers, village heads, hotel owners, and coffin shop owners are well portrayed. It can be said that none of the characters in the film are mediocre, and they are all wonderfully portrayed! Like Xie Jin's Furong Town, there are many dramatic elements in the movie, but they are perfectly blended, and entertainment and artistry coexist. Black God!

It is still the style of Emperor Kurosawa's early sword and halberd films. It has Kurosawa's consistent coquettish mirror and depth of field. The most amazing thing is the slightly playful soundtrack, which cleverly matches the uninhibited but compassionate character of Tsubaki Sanjiro, Mifune and Kazuya. The meeting of Zhongdai was really sparks, and I remembered the scene where the two people looked at each other under the snow curtain in the Great Bodhisattva Ridge.

The cultural core of ethnography and historical geography in American Westerns is removed and the plot space and genre structure are retained, and then the humorous tone of the gangster is injected, forming the prototype of Italian spaghetti Westerns. "Tsubaki Thirteen" is slightly inferior.
