Night in Cabiria: Fellini's work by one of my two favorite directors, this is his most representative work in the old realist works concerned with the toiled life of the underclass in Italy, The heroine has worked with him many times, and is also his wife, Giulietta Masina. In this film, the director casts a kind and simple prostitute who is ruthlessly exploited and deceived by the upper class. The story is naked in front of us, making the audience feel the most helpless sympathy for the tragic life of the heroine, and the simple and natural performance of the heroine also makes the story look more real and moving.
