A low-key film, related to the story. After the war, the former Nazi officer Max became the night shift concierge of the hotel. He met his former lover Lucia by chance, and brought back a sadistic past in the concentration camp. The hero and heroine who want to put aside their past identities and live a quiet life are not tolerated by the remnant Nazi organizations that try their best to cover up their crimes.
