I want to write sth about the third episode. It talks about a man who has a great sens of liberty. He cooks the fresh and local food in the wild so distinguish with other chefs. It looks like that the food is not only to eat for him but concerning about our civilization, our environment and our cultural. I do like what he said about life thing. Actually he is not only a chef but also a great philosopher. His frankness sometimes makes me feel awkward at the moment, but afterwards when we look it back and think about it. It was exactly damn right even we dont 't want to deny it. Humain being is selfish, we tend to get easy thing but you know when there are two paths in front of us, one is difficult and the other is inverse, we should take the difficult one. I'am absolutely agree with it right now, which I can't quite understand what it means before.
Anyway seize life and daring to take the risk!
