The first one was said by Aria's swordsmanship teacher (the guy who taught the wooden sword), there is only one god in the world, Death. we should just pray, "not today". I've always felt that most people are so busy every day and ignore this, and when we get older, few of us feel ready to leave the world. The truth of death and life, we have thought about it for a lifetime, do we really understand it? When I comprehend this sentence carefully, it is really emotional.
The second dialogue, Viserys Targaryen (Long Ma's brother) said: who can rule without wealth or fear or love. The translation given in the subtitles is this: If there is no wealth, or fear, or Love, how to convince the people. This sentence is appropriate to describe any regime in the world today, and it seems that it is not an exaggeration to say that it is a universal truth. For example, countries such as Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, although they are similar regimes to China, have wealth to stabilize people's hearts. North Korea, for example, uses fear. For example, the Queen of England can be said to be loved. Note that the parallel word used in this dialogue is "or", which means that one or more of them can be used. In fact, this is also the case. Today, most countries, including my Great Celestial Dynasty, often use the three together. Such a simple line of dialogue has broken through all the tricks of human rulers, and it really makes people have to admire the depth of the author's thinking.
The third dialogue is the one that confuses me the most. The main idea is: there is no seven hells ,there is only one, that is we living in. The literal translation is: There is no so-called seven hells, there is only one hell, that is Where we live. After reading this sentence, I thought a lot. I once saw a documentary saying that when North Korea was "educating" its citizens, it used a photo of an American in a bikini lying on the beach basking in the sun, telling everyone that the wicked people of the U.S. imperialists had gone down the wrong path due to politics. Not enough to eat, not warm enough to wear, so the naked starved to death on the beach. . . Why do you think of this? My thought process is this: since some shzy countries can slander zbzy so much, then, as human beings, have we also been bound by some religious ideas and consider it common sense. That is to say, we have always thought that we might go to hell when we die, when in fact we are in hell right now because we have come from "another world" to suffer. And some people in our world just want to slander "the other world" as hell. The reason is as follows: some people who can't stand the pain of this "hell" in which we are, leave by means of what people call "suicide" and return to "the other world". . . Isn't this an extremely wonderful dialectical mode of thinking?
It is precisely these classic lines that make those of us who love this drama feel what the pampered American imperial people are thinking about every day: the torture of human beings, the exploration of the essence of life, which is free from vulgar tastes!
