More expectation, more disappointment.

Some confusion, lots of spoilers.

First of all, briefly evaluate this movie: the
original work is 50% restored, the foreshadowing and follow-up are acceptable, and the ending is not open enough.

Specifically, let's evaluate things other than the plot first. I'm not a person who often watches movies, so it's just out of personal feelings.
The soundtrack is good, and the paper people have a lot of feel, but the necessity of 3D movies is not very big. Putting on 3D glasses makes the whole picture dark.

Now let's talk about the plot.

About numbers:
There is a sentence in the book: "Besides, I may become like those adults who are only interested in numbers." This fact is repeated in the movie from the beginning, and a bunch of percentages and tenths on the radio show that The world of adults is full of numbers, as if numbers can prove everything, even at the beginning, the little girl (hey, what is the little girl's name?) refuted the pilot with the knowledge in the book, until the pilot named the specific planet - the B612 planet , the little girl began to believe the authenticity of the story. Like the saying in the book: "But if you say to them, "The planet the little prince came from is the asteroid B612," then they're so convinced, they won't ask a lot of questions to tangle with you." .

About the little girl's admission:
At the beginning of the film, the little girl needs to interview a very good school, and there are paintings hanging in the waiting hall "Who do you want to be when you grow up". During the interview, the little girl didn't listen to the question clearly, and answered the most likely question in the data with the answer in her mind. So the mother moved for the little girl to go to school, and made the little girl's life plan for the little girl to implement.

About the school:
What should the school look like four times? Once when the mother and daughter just bought a house and drove by, once when the little girl came back from the hospital, and once when the little girl passed by by plane. Another time it was another planet, a place where children became adults. (The last one is my own, probably a metaphor)

About Dad's gift:
Planets big and small, however, are cities with tall buildings (if I remember correctly). There was a moment when the little girl saw the busy working adults, just like she met later on the planet.

About Mom:
Mom changed from the original plan, to the quarrel with the little girl, to following the little girl to the hospital, to sending the little girl to the hospital, and watching the stars together at the end of the scene. It was actually a change. Its meaning is behind me will be mentioned. Although it seems that the mother has changed step by step, I still feel that the film has not handled this well.

About the relationship between parents, mother and little girl:
A sentence in the quarrel between the little girl and her mother is probably the key to changing her mother: "But you slowly became him, and you are no longer with me" (not necessarily accurate, It's almost the same meaning), it can be seen that the father is an ordinary adult, while the mother is becoming "he" step by step numbly, and hopes that the little girl will become "he". But the little girl struggled and changed her mother.

About another planet:
There are no stars in the sky, everyone is depressed and heavy, and the landing of the plane violates a series of rules in the adult world. When the little girl mentioned that she was a child, the adults were shocked and terrified, and the police said it was not allowed. All that is "meaningless" needs to be made "meaningful". This is a world without energy, no dreams, only reality.

About the little prince when he grows up:
I can't help but complain, I'm really not handsome enough. Unblocking the pipes is the little prince's 371 jobs, and if there is no interference from the little girl, he should have done it all the time. Just like in the book he has been unclogging volcanoes on his own planet. I guess the first 370 jobs will correspond to the other 370 planets. Obviously, he is what the businessman called a "failure to transform", so he will change back to his original appearance in the later plots.

About roses:
The little prince who returned to B612 found that the planet was occupied by baobab trees, and the roses were gone with the wind. My first feeling at the time was, it would be great if you hadn't opened the hood, if you hadn't come back to this planet, the rose is still there. But after the ending came out, I think this is also very good, and the saying "important things should be seen with heart" is fulfilled.

Regarding the embodiment of the original work in the movie:
only some stories that are needed for the subsequent plot are mentioned. So much so that my favorite lamplighter did not appear.

Regarding the plot of the movie adaptation:
the previous tandem, I like it very much. But later, for the pilot's sake, the open ending in the book was reduced to a HAPPY ENDING. It's not that it's bad, I just think that the lack of an ending is a major feature of this book, and it's less of a feeling if it changes.
The little girl here, the pilot, I can't write about their feelings, they're the clues that connect the whole movie; the fox here, I didn't even mention him, but he's my favorite character in the book , he is wise and mature, but whether he is an entity or a puppet in the play, it makes people feel that it is just a sustenance, and he does not tame the little prince like the fox in the book. (I don't know if I have clearly expressed my feelings) Let's

talk about the unexpected things in the plot.

In fact, I always feel that I have never read The Little Prince. No matter how much I read, I always have a different feeling every time, which may be related to my mood.
I saw the answer that this movie should not be described from the perspective of a little girl, but I don't think it is necessary. From the girl line, she has known this story since she was a child, and will not become an ordinary person; from the mother line, she knows the story when she grows up, and it gradually becomes interesting. Just like the saying in the movie: "It's not growing up, but forgetting", adults are people who have forgotten something, including the little prince when they grow up, and when they recall what they have forgotten, they It's growing up, not growing up.
This book is a fairy tale, suitable for adults as well as children. I hope everyone maintains a childlike innocence.

Summarize this movie in one sentence.
[The Little Prince] I will open this book from time to time to experience new things. But [The Little Prince], I don't think I will watch it again on purpose.

Ugly people. Preaching. The content is bland and blunt. The dubbing, especially the dubbing of the little prince, is terrible. Can't compare to the original.

Never thought to see you in your birthplace.
