Classic joy from a hundred years ago

Buster Keaton brought us a film that was far ahead of its time, one that still has a clear theme, well-structured proportions, great acting, fine detail, and a soundtrack that fits today.
In terms of the theme, the small person is not satisfied, and then succeeds after struggling with himself by chance. This theme has been ruling Hollywood for the next hundred years.
Structurally, the beginning of the story can be described as brief and clear. The environment and characters need to be explained immediately, and the subsequent misunderstanding and crisis make the story more attractive to the audience.
In terms of performance, the protagonist did not lose to Chaplin, and his gestures revealed the individual thoughts of the little people. When driving the train, he did not forget to pick up girls and everyone greeted the victorious troops, but he could only walk to the side lonely and finally took a gun to escort the northern officers. The performances are very vivid, and the action scenes on the train are really hard, and it is said that there is no need for a substitute.
The most interesting details are sacks, animal traps, tablecloths, sabers, military uniforms, including the most famous classic shot of sitting on a train wheel drive shaft.
The soundtrack is very good. The soundtrack of a silent film is actually very difficult, because it has to be there from the beginning to the end, so it is really difficult. This one is very suitable.
The joy of a hundred years ago. Think they're all dead, salute.
