I was in middle school when I read Slam Dunk, so the manga that really stayed with me throughout my childhood was Dragon Ball.
Now I still can't fully understand, the plot of "Dragon Ball" is so simple, the characters are flat and unchanged, and the world view is set in a mess - including this latest theatrical version. I believe that Akira Toriyama is no longer going to justify it, he should have given up long ago - what is it that attracts me?
The answer may be simple: When I was a child, I didn't ask questions.
I grew up.
I hate this.
So I was still able to watch this horrible theatrical version without complaining. Don't even complain about Earth Lord.
Just tell me to see Vegeta's frown.
Just tell me to see Wu Tian's muscles.
Just tell me to see Kobayashi's bald head.
Just tell me to see the qigong cannon of Tianjin Fan.
Just tell me to see Frieza transform.
Just ask me to quietly watch this horrific theatrical version by myself.
