On the surface everyone seemed to have made choices and decisions, they were convinced on Monday to follow the photo requirements, posted the results of the greyhound on Tuesday, and did so on Tuesday, so the bet was right on Monday. But in fact, these are all boosters that determine the direction of events. They can only determine the results and cannot change them.
