When the theme of a war movie becomes that our side will win, and how powerful our side is, so that we can use all kinds of magical skills to destroy the enemy, should we reflect on the real purpose of shooting it, is it for alertness, or is it for the sake of childlike victory? exhibit. The personal growth at the cost of bloody death is shocking, and we are equally helpless people under the fire of enemy or friend. In the 1930s, Lewis already expressed his sincere humanitarianism in this simple way. The hypocrisy of literaryism and the displacement of personal destiny make us cherish the world even more today.

He is very good at filming, from audio-visual language, technology to text, CHILLS ALL OVER. Lew, who was only 21 years old at the time, played the role so movingly with his innocent, fragile and feminine temperament. At the end, he saw butterflies from the small window. The melancholy smile between Shi's brows and eyes directly pierced my heart. The depression and disillusionment of returning home is the most iconic portrayal of the lost generation.

Paul Bäumer: No.
Detering: Well, it must be doing somebody some good.
Detering: Not me and the kaiser.
Hair-peak soldier: I think maybe the kaiser wanted a war.
Tjaden: You leave us out of this!
Katczinsky: I don't see that. The kaiser's *got* everything he needs.
Hair-peak soldier: Well, he never had a war before. Every full-grown emperor needs one war to make him famous. Why, that's history.
Paul Bäumer: Yeah, generals, too. They need war.
