The biggest flaw is in people's hearts

Literally perfect defense systems can be built if people want to, but these systems have a huge loophole, people. People always tend to believe what they want to see. This is a fatal weakness. As the saying goes, if you have no desires, you will be strong. However, if you have no desires, you will have no progress. In the end, you will not be accepted by the system, so the system will eventually have loopholes.
