The story told in this film is more in line with the values of the middle class - artists who are stable, only chasing art are wandering everywhere, spending money like dirt, and finally falling into poverty; a virtuous woman who manages a family well, and finally organizes a family with others and is happy.
For those who first came into contact with Woody Allen's later films, his early films were very unremarkable, with no sense of humor, no in-depth love, and no philosophy.
