Maybe in one of these houses, a little boy is being awakened by the sound of a train. Maybe he's wondering what it's like to get on a train and cross the desert. I kind of want to swap roles with him and watch the train go into the unknown. I have to admit, I'm not a carefree drifter, just a ten-year-old who ran away from home.
