After suffering multiple blows from the death of her mother, addiction to drugs and bad sex, and a broken marriage, Cheryl decided to pack a backpack and embark on a hike called the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) across the top of the Pacific Ocean.

This is a journey of searching for more than 4,000 kilometers, and it is also a journey of forgetting. Cheryl hopes to forget the bad things in the past, and hopes to find the best version of herself.

Although there are not many highlights, I have to admit that Reese Witherspoon's sincerity and breakthrough performance propped up the whole film, and her performance deserves an Oscar nomination.

If you put it down, you can pick it up again. Life is wild and we should try to reconcile ourselves with the world no matter what we do.
