fatal call

A more wonderful film, Halle Berry's interpretation is also in place. An operator can work with the informant on the other end of the line, empathize with the crisis, and resolve it with as much emotion and thoughtful thought as possible. Because of her reckless call back, the first girl was killed, and she left the frontline job with guilt and anxiety to train 911 operators full-time. Then another girl's kidnapping call for help brought her back to the tense, challenging and unknown workbench again. The scene of finding a solution in the vehicle was very successful, tense and exciting, making everyone sweat for the girl, damage the taillights, and splash the paint. But the plot at the end of the film is a bit far-fetched. A law enforcement officer changed from punishing the wicked to illegal imprisonment, and the scene of closing the door of the basement reminded me of the classic lines in the chainsaw massacre: GAME OVER. Still a movie worth watching.
