There are two films about YSL this year, in addition to this one is called "Saint Laurent". The styles of the two films are very different. This one is a relatively neat biographical film. The latter focuses on showing a period of life after the success of YSL. Participated in the competition for the best foreign language film at the Oscars, but was not nominated for the nominations... Anyway, I like this movie more, although the shooting is relatively regular, but the actors are all great. Whether it's Pierre Niney who plays YSL...or Guillaume Gallienne who plays Pierre Berger...and who plays YSL's first favorite model, Victoire, the stunning Charlotte Le Bon.

Too bad, as a biopic, it's a complete oversight, and the summary is: how a pampered scum is abused by a facial paralyzed loyal dog attack + a few senseless advertising-like Saint Laurent fashion shows. Nine and Gallini's acting skills were also ruined by the director and script, one exaggerated and the other paralyzed. Look forward to Bertrand Bonillo's version.
