After reading the prequels, I didn't know what the cube was used for. Someone do a test? study the human mind? But do you need to be so perverted? Also spend so much money. I think instead of trying to explain such an unreasonable thing, it is better to focus on describing the human psychology, like the first one. This kind of thing is inexplicable, and the more it is described, the worse it is, it is better not to explain it, and there is no need to find any scientific basis. There is such a thing, people are trapped in it, and focus on describing the changes in people's hearts, from doubts, to Hope, to despair. In fact, this is a very good setting, but unfortunately the ability of the screenwriter and director is limited, and they cannot express it well.

After half a year, I finally finished reading the Cube series. The prequel is more about explanation, and the illness is linked to the first part. But I still can't understand why they want to turn the protagonist into a dementia
