"Bowling in Columbine"

The film "Bowling in Columbine" is similar to a show in "Seeing", trying to get closer to the truth through multiple forensic inquiries. There is a saying that the more the truth is argued, the clearer it becomes. I don't quite understand this sentence. I think it starts with confusion and ends with a higher level of confusion, just like what this show showed me.

When was the seed planted in the United States, where shooting incidents are frequent, and what is this seed? The director's appearance in the film leads us to try to unravel the mystery, but the result is a horror atmosphere where fear and multiple elements coexist. So what is the reason for this? This is yet another mystery to be asked. The director denies a single statement, TV violence, rock music, gun ownership, history of violence... The answer to us is a combination of multiple symbiosis.

Events do not exist in a vacuum, and we cannot quantitatively study and specify variables, because society is inherently a complex polyhedron, and one-sided interception and characterization are all distortions. To use a sentence from "Seeing" instead: The mind is in a state of shaking, and it is possible to get closer to the truth by constantly balancing, pursuing, and questioning. "Bowling in Columbine" is a good film, worthy of study and reference. It can be called a documentary or an investigation program.

A fat man who likes to act sharply. Still not feeling for Manson, "Elephant" never dared to watch it a second time. The civilians point their guns at the civilians, and the unresolved violence is tragic and terrible. It's really funny to see politicians talking for single mothers to come out to work, and some people pretend to be deaf when asked about the key points. In fact, they are just helpless in their place.

The management of the state and the formulation of laws are used to protect the interests of international conglomerates. This is the nature of the economy, the nature of politics, and the nature of state-controlled media.

Bowling for Columbine quotes

  • Michael Moore: Why wasn't anyone blaming bowling for warping their minds?

  • Father of Columbine victim: I am here today because my son Daniel would want me to be here today. If my son Daniel was not one of the victims, he would be here with me today. Something is wrong in this country when a child can grab a gun, grab a gun so easily, and shoot a bullet into the middle of a child's face, as my son experienced. Something is wrong. But the time has come to come to understand that a TEC-9 semi-automatic-bullet weapon like that, that killed my son, is not used to kill deer. It has no useful purpose. It is time to address this problem.
