In my impression, fenny is never so lovable, introverted, and inferior, somewhat similar to the heroine in Jane Eyre. The emotional line between the male lead and the female lead shouldn't be so obvious and hearty. . . When I read the book, I remember that I was always struggling to find out who she liked. Too restrained.
The appearance is high, and the characters are closer to modern times, but the original name of JA on the film, I am afraid that there is a price to pay for it.
