I have always had a soft spot for French films, maybe I went to Iran once this year, and gained some intuitive knowledge and understanding of Persian and Islamic culture, history and status quo. Especially before I went, I made up for Iranian movies, and in Tehran, I sneaked into an art gallery to watch the premiere of a movie co-produced by Iran and Turkey that I couldn’t understand at all, so I have a deep understanding of the delicate, subtle and warm Iranian movies. You must understand and love it.
This movie is a new work by the director (Iranian) of "A Separation" last year. It may have been co-produced by Faye and its style. Where the blandness is, the subtle turns provoke a more intense dramatic conflict.
Friends who love American blockbusters of fast food culture, please be careful, the slow style may not suit your appetite :)
