For Kenshin, I started to become crazy again! How many years has it been?~~~

I never cared about live-action adaptations of manga, and I had no intention of knowing that this one had swept 3 billion yen at the box office, but I was curious.
Originally I just wanted to brush it quickly, but I didn't expect it to look good.

Sato Takeshi is a must, no matter how he looks or moves, he has Kenshin's feel! The casting was quite successful!

This Ah Xun is really a bit dull, with a poker face, completely lacking the agility in the original book.

Yahiko lost some of the child's snoring.

Zuo nosuke is good, in line with the original.

Yosuke Eguchi's Saito always has the urge to make me laugh, and I don't know why ╮(╯_╰)╭

Aoi Yuta's literature and art lacks Megumi's sense of dust.

Another thing I didn't expect was that there was a reminiscence chapter interspersed in the plot, the cross of Kenshin. Reminds me of my heartache and heartache when I read the reminiscences. Even though Shedaba's knife is not shown in this movie, it still hurts when the camera turns to the cross on Kenshin's face in reality. It's a pity that Xue Daiba is just a back figure, but if she really comes out, there will be nothing for A Xun, even if A Xun is the heroine. . .

What is rare is that this film also sees the feeling of a Hong Kong martial arts film. I read some comments that the action director is a Japanese active in Hong Kong. Sure enough. The fight scenes are beautiful, and Kenshin's two leaps remind me of cartoons. There is absolutely no mechanical action like the previous Japanese drama costume films.
In addition, the soundtrack of the film is well done, very modern.

Will keep an eye on the last two movies. Also, I really want to receive a clear animated version!

Rurouni Kenshin Part I: Origins quotes

  • [Kenshin is going to kill Jin-E]

Kaoru Kamiya: KENSHIN, DON'T! Don't become a manslayer again... Please don't kill him... Kenshin... For those who died by your blade... And for everyone whose life you have saved... Please don't kill him... A sword that doesn't kill... A sword that can protect... For this new age of peace... Isn't that what you fought for?

  • [Kaoru thinks Kenshin has left, then he appears with groceries]

    Kaoru Kamiya: Welcome home, Kenshin.

Kenshin Himura: ...I'm home. That I am.
