I also came to complain, although I didn't see much. I think a lot of people miss the point.

I think it is understandable that there are problems with the setting. After all, it is a fantasy TV series, and it is impossible to cover everything. This is not a documentary that can be tolerated. However, the characters in it are too brainless, right? A warlord came to find someone, firstly, he didn't have the three-light policy like the Japanese army, and secondly, if he was arrested, he said it was okay. Why did Mao's son do something bad like that? Does this push the plot too hard?
I think what is said in the play is quite right: you did it first, and you killed your father.
In short, the setting is bearable, but the characters in the play are too brainless, and this is where the slot lies.

Revolution quotes

  • Miles Matheson: We lived in an electric world. We relied on it for everything. And then the power went out. Everything stopped working. We weren't prepared. Fear and confusion lead to panic. The lucky ones made it out of the cities. The government collapsed. Militias took over, controlling the food supply and stockpiling weapons. We still don't know why the power went out, but we're hopeful that someone will come and light the way.
