A Brief History of the American-Japanese War

Very powerful mini-series. It took several days to read it. The style of the film is consistent with HBO's previous work "Band of Brothers", which can be described as a sister chapter. The opening credits of each episode feature devotions from the surviving veterans. "Australian men have all gone to the European battlefield. The girls there have been empty for a long time. We have satisfied them for a while..." There are many similar "dedication" sayings. There are also many film and television dramas about the Anti-Japanese War in the Celestial Dynasty, but they are too harmonious and the main theme, and even lose 100% of the realism. "Blood in the Pacific" shows real war, real warriors. These marines are real and simple with the sole purpose of killing the Jap. At the same time, they also have shortcomings and dark sides. Nobody is perfect. Not much was known about the history of the war between the United States and Japan. This film is a good textbook. Students who are patient, you can take the time to take a look.
