In my opinion, the male protagonist is in love with the female protagonist at first sight. To put it bluntly, two people who are sick in their hearts recognize their own kind only by the sixth sense in the vast crowd. This point is superior to Jin Ping (Harmony) Mei, because Ximen just took a fancy to Xiao Pan's beauty.
The film's calmness at first was a little depressing, but the center of the film began to emerge with the boss's "thrashing" of the secretary. All kinds of details are rendering a sentimental (harmonious) atmosphere, and every conversation between the two is neatly dressed but like a fierce ML. Every time the male protagonist makes things difficult for the female protagonist, it is like poking her G (harmony) point. This implicit approach instead accumulates the energy of erotic (harmonious) desire to the point where the audience scratches their heads. I thought they should have done it when the heroine was "thrashed" for the first time in the fast-paced style of American films, but they just hooked their fingers. I believe that if it was a Japanese movie, the protagonists would have been real swordsmen. I didn't expect the United States to be so patient in making such a film, it just subverted my previous cognition, TMD dumped Japanese ghosts and animals S (harmony) M style N street.
The character structure is very similar to Jin Ping (Harmony) Mei. The female protagonist is Xiao Pan, the fiance is Wu Dalang, and the male protagonist is Ximen. However, this film is "pure love", and gold is evil. The artistic detail performance level of love (harmony) color is comparable to that of Jin, but this is just my personal opinion. After all, Jin is a masterpiece, and it is much more complicated than this.
All in all, without spoiling the details, I highly recommend it. In HE's love (harmonious) movie, this is now NO.1 in my heart
