Weakness and warmth

The movie "All About My Mother".
On Mother's Day, I watched this movie, and after thinking about it, it's actually more appropriate to watch it on Women's Day.
Women are the disadvantaged group with the largest number, the most prominent proportion, the most categories and the most abundant forms in this society. The movie "All About My Mother" is actually all about women being disadvantaged. There are male-to-female transsexuals, middle-aged mothers who have lost their eighteen-year-old sons, prostitutes and nuns, drug-addicted daughters and star-studded bisexual mothers, and AIDS And pregnant good woman. They are women, and they are the weakest among women.
The main character in the film, Manila, is the woman who was abandoned by the man, the woman who raised her son alone for eighteen years, the woman who lost her son, the woman who took care of the pregnancy and The woman of the drug addict, the woman who raised the child with AIDS. Manila bears most of the suffering in this world. Among these disadvantaged women, she is responsible for the sadness. The movie gives a seemingly alleviating sadness ending, but it does not help.
A weak woman becomes strong because of suffering. In fact, it is a kind of sadness. Just like the disabled and determined, it seems to be inspirational, but it is cruel and ruthless. It only makes people resent the unfairness of fate. It is said that poor people must be hateful! A flower struggles to open, then dies. A weak person full of positive energy is often brutally overwhelmed by time in the end, and all kinds of encounters are like a bright sword in the dark night, cutting many scars on people's bodies. Can I not be strong, can I cry every day, in this case, I may not be so sad.
The movie says, you can't. You should be a poor vulnerable group, she must be strong, she must be optimistic, she must be kind, she must be beautiful, and she must be tolerant. However, you must be a disadvantaged group, only in this way can you have warmth and smile with blood, which is the most perfect. It is better to have love, between men and women, between the same sex, between mother and child, between mother and daughter, love is in memory, in a drama, in a heart that has left the body, in the fetus of AIDS. Vulnerable groups must have love. At times like this, love is more helpless, and even love has become the source of tragedy, because loving the disadvantaged groups has become even more vulnerable, and if you love, you may lose.
I am a woman, but I don't want you to care too much. I am a weak person, but I don't want to get too much care from you. Whoever said that neglect is ruthless and indifference, I said that it is ruthless and indifference to insist on loving, insisting on being optimistic and strong. Sweat, swearing, and tears are far more capable of teaching people to resist misfortune and suffering than smiles, to bow down and be submissive. This is the core spirit that is highly praised among vulnerable groups. Only cheap bones can survive. In the face of suffering, our greatest weapon is not hard work and courage, but humility. Lowness allows people to survive with the least amount of sunlight and rain, which is in line with the principle of survival.
The more laughing, optimistic, and kind that Argoda is, the more sad I am. When she played on the stage and counted the places where her body had been transformed, and talked about her experience like a joke, I suddenly felt very sad. Why was it so bitter, and I still laughed. Just to make yourself strong? The movie is so cruel that it is far more real and more human to make a bleak person despair than to make a bleak person hopeful for the future. I want to see you cry, I want to see you laugh, I want to cry for you. Sister Hama too, please don't be kind, don't be optimistic, please be sad, cry well, cry well to God.
Weak people are often lonely. In the movie, a few disadvantaged women get together, it seems that the loneliness can be dissipated a lot, and it seems that it can be warm again. It's just that, from our birth to our death, we can only come and go alone, the sadness and despair in it, such warmth seems to be only written with joy, and finally the person who bears all the suffering can only be We ourselves, in order to hide our loneliness, we forced our faces to laugh, and the more tender we were, the more we wept.
Bright sunshine and colors, bright smile, I said, really depressed to cry. Even if the last baby with AIDS miraculously recovers, I feel that there is no cure. The baby flows through the blood of all tragic women. Lola sat on the stairs beside her, silently watching the funeral. Enough was enough. Everyone sees warmth in the movie, but I have chills, which is my hopeless sadness. Manila received an apology, and I also wanted to say sorry to myself. I made myself a tragic weakness, and she didn't believe in optimism and open-mindedness, nor did she believe in being strong.

  • Manuela: Don't I look a bit of a slut in this suit?

Agrado: All the better. These nuns only help whores and transvestites.

  • Agrado: I feel so old, Manolita, and it isn't my age.

Manuela: It's because of the beating.

Agrado: The beating I've taken the last 40 years!
