In the end, he left a sentence I'm done with men. And he set himself on fire and died. Victor was retributed for his creation, lost all the people he loved, and finally died of exhaustion. So why is it not like this when reborn, never get friends, family, companionship, lover, doomed to be lonely for a lifetime, be excluded, life is better than death. He doesn't really want to be created himself, but he has no choice.
As he said, "You don't know the surging love in my heart, just like you don't know how deep my hatred is". Victor's creation failed, and after the machine was destroyed, he would no longer create humans for him. Then the monster can't get love, and Victor's death makes his hatred into nothingness in an instant, and there is no reason to support him anymore.
All his life, without a name, poor creature.
PS: I like the acting of Robert De Niro (Frankenstein). The director's acting skills are not good, but he is still young and handsome...
