The theme of this animation is actually not very new. Many works have more or less discussed this topic in different forms. I believe everyone has their own understanding. Repeat.
The film's most controversial is its narrative style, multi-line plot. For someone like me who is purely for the purpose of entertaining myself, this kind of narrative is both brain-burning and redundant, but for those who pursue the beauty of art, it is a very bold attempt, which is difficult for most people to make. (Like me, who is just for temporary entertainment), so it is understandable that this film is not very popular.
This story tells a story that happened in Europe and the United States, but it gives me the feeling that it is too Japanese-style. All kinds of people are like ghosts in the night walk of a hundred ghosts, each with a special character and behavior. After watching European and American films and then watching Japanese animations, I can clearly feel the huge cultural difference between the two. Putting the soul of the Japanese on the body of Europeans and Americans seems to me to be a bit rigged. The overall story is still very Attractive, which is why I watched this animation, but the character design is still a little too Japanese, maybe that's not a bad thing.
