In order to make himself go faster, Teber practiced track and field and running hard every day, but with little success. One day, Teb came out on the highway and was fascinated by the cars coming and going. A sudden accident happened, and the wind from a truck blew him onto the hood of the racing car, experiencing the thrill of high speed. Then the accident happened again, and Terber was sucked into the suction blower of the supercharged engine and was soaked in liquid nitrous oxide. This liquid mutated his body, and since then, he has acquired magical abilities, incredible speed, domineering headlights, and cool sound.
The mutant Tebo was discovered by humans and brought to the human world. Turb had an even bigger dream at this point—to race the 500 in Indianapolis. His goal is to win the championship. With the efforts of his master, Tebo qualified for the competition and won the championship!
