Inside Dave Van Ronk

When I finished watching this movie, I felt it was average and gave it 4 stars. Unexpectedly, I made an unexpected discovery today.

Just now I was watching Bob Dylan's "No.Direction.Home" when I heard Dave Van Ronk sing a beautiful melody in the film and searched his album. When I randomly played a Hang Me, Oh Hang Me, I suddenly realized that this is the song sung by the male lead in "Inside Llewyn Davis". Then it was further discovered that Dave Van Ronk had an album titled "Inside Dave Van Ronk", which happened to be "Inside Llewyn Davis". Is this film about Dave Van Ronk? But I think Dave Van Ronk's voice is much nicer than the movie soundtrack.

What's more interesting is that in the last shot of the film: the male lead finished singing, and then a blurred figure appeared. That person looked like Bob Dylan, a guitar, a harmonica, and short curly hair. Bob Dylan and Dave Van Ronk were contemporaries and knew each other. Here's what Bob Dylan said of Dave Van Ronk: His music is strong, but at the same time very sweet and sexy, and he's a dual performer. He can grasp the essence of the song and interpret the song from the essence of the spirit.
