The sentence Nothing is black or white was seen when I was buying fridge magnets at a souvenir shop a few days ago. It was all about mandela quote’s fridge magnets . The first time I saw it, I thought it was talking about political struggles and there must be a gray area. After watching the movie, I felt that this sentence really enlightened the theme, and it also applies to the conflict of skin color.
A typical Hollywood inspirational film, the ending gave me a sense of rudy and argo, but it still moved me in a mess. In particular, I was in the car and turned two slums before watching the movie. All the backgrounds of the movie have a special sense of scene substitution. The first time I saw Mandela's name was on a reader, telling the story of how he grew tomatoes in prison, and the movie also showed it sideways.
In the first 20 to 30 minutes of the movie, the generalization I thought at the time was, is this Nima talking about the great man and his three extraordinary sexual experiences! But the performance of winnie in the back is so good that I can ignore the love story that I don't understand the rhythm arrangement in the first part. I don't know much about the real history, but as far as the plot goes, mandela wouldn't have been such a powerful party leader without winnie fighting all the time.
4th star for winnie, 5th star for mandela's televised speech near the end, "If I can forgive them after they have locked me up to 27 years in prison, so can you" (probably so speakable). You must have a soft enough heart to speak such tolerant and understanding words.
When I first came to cape town last week, I learned that Mandela's body was placed in the eastern cape. There is a free bus to go there to see him. I heard from the taxi driver that there are many people going. The driver also wears traditional clothing in his honor.
The screens at the airport are showing videos and photos of mandela.
On the side of the church hangs a flag with the head of mandela, which reads God bless Africa. Under the flag, there will be people laying flowers every day.
The parliament in cape town is also not open to tourists.
Flowers are placed in front of the sculpture on the V&A waterfront.
A shed was also erected in front of the Robben Island Museum to commemorate, and the reservation of the island was fully booked until January 4th.
Every day, I can see mandela, T-shirts on street stalls, on TV, pictures spelled out by LED lights in commercial buildings, and posters on store walls.
The black German girls who invited us to the movies all had a special feeling for mandela.
