A young train driver who was determined to defeat the Union Army and build meritorious service for his hometown, together with his girlfriend, turned a Union Army prepared to attack the Confederate army to the top of his head, and finally remanded the Union Army commander to surrender to the Confederate commander. The American Civil War was caused by the first shot of the southern slave states’ declaration of independence from the Union. During the war, President Lincoln announced the liberation of black slaves. It ended in terms of surrendering to General Grant, the commander-in-chief of the Union Army who would later become President of the United States. Although the film does not beautify the South and vilify the North, the description of the two sides is similar, and there are still people in the South who hold different views on the Civil War. This play, as a funny story, is ok, and it also reflects the objective reality of the war in the South.
