No bright spots at all, the plot is old-fashioned

After watching the whole play, I feel that the sound effects and atmosphere rendering of this film are very general. Compared with the previous "The Conjuring", this film is very inferior. The whole play revolves around a girl who has already died. Due to her continuous in-depth exploration, a shocking secret is finally revealed. The doubts at the beginning are set very well, and it will make people want to watch it. But after half the time, I believe that the audience who have followed will guess what the ending will be. The plot in the second half is simply a failure. There are no bright spots, no doubts, and no room for the audience to imagine.

Carol: Then what about your birthday, that's not tomorrow either?
Lisa: No. It never comes. It's always the day before I turn 16. It's pretty frustrating.
