A "non-pornographic film" about "pornographic films", the sense of confusion expressed in this sentence instantly reminded me of the American drama "Sex Master" that used medicine as an excuse to mess around. This movie is art, the latter is shit. Can you imagine the attitude of their parents when we watch island action romance movies? Maybe only some Japanese people really don't care about the embarrassment of "wives and daughters being prostitutes". Domestic violence and prostitution are in stark contrast to the happy life in the first half of the film, and they highlight the various misfortunes concealed behind the glamorous life.
