Retro mood, beautiful soundtrack. The poster is warm, but the film itself is always eccentric and tense. The father is the central character, but the shaping fails. His heart and the poor way of educating his son lack logic and support. Although it is named after toast and hardly mentions food, it is actually centered on the growth of teenagers. The role of stepmother is pathetic and pitiful, and behind it is a clear class gap. The characters in the play are full of insecurities and inferiority complexes, but it is actually a light-hearted movie.
