The Firefly Forest is not a story about two people who are attracted to each other and then get closer and closer to the point where they can't stop even if they are destroyed, nor is it about whether two people will still be able to start a love that is doomed to never end. A story of relentless devotion, it actually raises more brutal questions than that.
The analogy of reality would expose my vulgarity and ignorance and then lose all the beauty and freshness of the film, but I would still describe the vulgar language. If we can't hold hands, hug, kiss, or have sex with those we love, can we hold on to it?
If you are destined to not hold hands from the beginning, will you still have no turning back? I didn't dare to try, I knew I would be like that magnet and always thought there was still some distance but I lost control in an instant.
